Getting there: Guests fishing on the Orkla can fly direct to Trondheim with Norwegian Air. The flying time from London Gatwick to Trondheim is 2 hours and 30 minutes. Alternatively fly into Oslo, Norway's capital, and connect with a flight to Trondheim. Flying time from London Heathrow to Oslo is 2 hours and 15 minutes. From Oslo to Trondheim is approximately 1 hour. Guests will be met on arrival at Trondheim and transferred to the lodge, a journey of approx 90 minutes.
Time: GMT plus 1 hour.
Try not to miss: Orkla, one of the major Atlantic salmon rivers in Norway. Wild and Exotic currently offer no other destinations or activities within Norway.
Visas: Visitors from the UK do not currently require a visa to enter Norway.
